‘Home Care on Wheels’ provides medical and social assistance to the elderly and disabled living in Lithuania’s rural regions who are unable to take care of themselves. In addition, the project helps to assist the individuals who are taking care of their family members and manage to combine the family duties with their work commitments. They will be provided with individual and group sessions to teach them the necessary skills and knowledge for nursing an elderly or disabled person.
