This grant to the British Association is for a partnership project with the Orders of St John Care Trust. The project will provide transport for elderly and vulnerable members of the community, vital to maintaining community contact, and attending medical appointments. The service will enable residents to fulfil their interests, make contact with those who have been part of their lives over the years, and provide a service to other vulnerable community members who may have lost the provision of transport.
