Forgotten People

Educational activities for disadvantaged children in Romania

Children from disadvantaged backgrounds in Romania often drop out of formal education at a young age due to a lack of support from their schools, families or local government. Through their newly established programme, the Romanian Relief Service aims to reverse this trend and has helped many children that would otherwise be forgotten.

Through educational activities, cultural trips and a daily hot meal, the Romanian Relief Service works with the children and their families. Most importantly this project builds their confidence, offers access to a brighter future and gives these children a chance.
