The Global Fund for Forgotten People attended the Order of Malta’s International Lourdes Pilgrimage from the 4th of May.

This year was a special pilgrimage for many reasons; more than 7500 members, volunteers, doctors and guests from over 45 countries joined the celebration of the 160th anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady, which coincided with the Order of Malta’s 60th international pilgrimage. The pilgrimage was also the first official engagement of Fra’ Giacomo Dalla Torre del Tempio di Sanguinetto, who was elected as head of the Order on 2nd May.

The Global Fund for Forgotten People thanks the volunteers from the Hong Kong Lourdes delegation, who devoted their time to helping the Fund and sharing the global works of the Order with members and volunteers.
