This Christmas the Global Fund for Forgotten People will draw attention to the work that our Order does with those who are without shelter, food or family; the forgotten homeless.

The Order of Malta runs many projects across the world and supports tens of thousands of people each year who are homeless, through training and employment programmes and in centres that provide shelter in countries as far a field as Uruaguay, Australia, Russia, and Korea.

Where there are people in need, the Order is present, combining effective and local expertise with love and devotion to help those who suffer.

The Global Fund for Forgotten People have awarded 22 grants to Order of Malta works serving the suffering homeless,  serving 4,300 homeless people every week through grants from the Fund.

Thanks to our generous benefactors, the Fund is able to continue working with partners in the Order to expand our work, increase our reach and provide services to a higher number of homeless people.
