Fundraising & Support Officer role:
Help shine the light of support on Order of Malta projects around the world that help some of the most neglected and vulnerable communities. The Global Fund for Forgotten People is looking for a vital fundraising and general support role to take forward the growth of our work with Order of Malta projects around the world. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on role in a small, dynamic, global charity, giving experience in a wide range of areas. Responsible for the smooth running of the office and support across the fundraising and grant-making functions, you will need to be organised and efficient, capable of turning your hand to a multitude of tasks and have excellent people skills. Fluency in languages and knowledge of and sympathy with the Order of Malta’s work are an advantage. Position based in London.
Grants Manager role:
The Global Fund for Forgotten People is looking for a Grants Manager to join our small team to administer and develop our successful global grant giving programme. To date we have given 307 grants to 56 bodies of the Order in 72 countries and this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with grants or project management experience to expand and improve the existing grants programme. You will have excellent organisational skills, enjoy building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and in remote locations, be experienced in grants administration and reporting to donors, and passionate about the work of the Order in support of the forgotten worldwide. Fluency in languages and experience in using grants management tools would be an advantage. This role will be located in either Oxford or London, with some opportunity to travel.
